Our UAV design is coming along pretty well. Lately we've been working on figuring out what airfoil to use and the wing geometry. It involves a lot of Matlab coding to calculate everything, but it's fairly easy to try a different configuration just by changing a couple numbers and then run the code over again, once it's been written.
When I was walking to class last week, I heard a noise in the woods by the path, and I saw a couple deer there. They were still there when I came back, so I took a picture.
School has now been in session for two weeks. It looks like this is going to be my busiest semester yet. I'm taking the senior design class, and my team is designing an unmanned aerial vehicle. It's fun, but also a lot of work. We're already having meetings like it's the end of the semester crunch in most other classes. I'm also quite involved with my Christian group. I'm still in the band, and I'm also helping out leading a Bible study. Fortunately, I don't have much "homework" this term.
This is the first entry that makes use of the capabilites of my new web host. I have written in PHP programs to enable comments and my own counters.
I will be going back to school on Saturday, driving myself this time, since I now have a car.

Well, this is nice, Paul, but since you really haven't added anything much the last few weeks, I'll wait to comment. I did enjoy all your pictures.

Yeah, I've been pretty busy. But I'm starting to get back into the swing of things, so hopefully I'll be keeping this updated more regularly!
