I had a good Thanksgiving break. I played a game of water polo at the park swim team practice, which is always fun, watched a couple football games with Dad, helped put up external Christmas lights and the Christmas tree, created a résumé, registered for my classes for next semester (8:30-3:30 MWF, all in the same building!), and spent a lot of time doing nothing. Oh yeah, and we ate at the house of some friends' from church, where there was a multitude of people bringing various dishes of their ethnicities, so there was plenty to eat. In fact, there was so much other food, that I didn't eat very much turkey!

My midterms are finally all over. Now I just have a few more weeks of class and then finals. I will be heading back home for Thanksgiving next Tuesday. That will be a nice, long break. I have picked out which classes I would like to take next semester, all aerospace engineering, so that should be another good, math-filled semester!
I have started learning how to use Photoshop to modify pictures. Here is an example, where I took Andrew Jackson's head off a picture I took of a twenty-dollar bill, and put it on the statue of liberty. It's not really very good, but it still took awhile to figure out how to do even that.

I have had a couple midterms this week, and I did well on both of them. I have a couple more coming up in the next couple weeks, too. That's the trouble with having some classes with 1 midterm and some with 2 midterms. Shortly after I took the midterms for the classes that have two, I took the midterms for the classes with 1. Now I'll be taking the final midterms for the classes with two!
I've uploaded some more pictures, and added a link on my website entry point to these photo albums. To see any of the photos full size, click on it to get to slideshow mode, and then click the "Download" button above the picture. By now the trees don't really look like that anymore. Most of them lost their leaves recently in the heavy rains we've had.
